1.RULES ABOUT COMMUNICATION

We encourage open communication between our members on Outdoor Market. However, your communication with us (whether via email, trade manager, community discussion boards or other methods) must not contain any of the following:

Spamming: 

We don't allow our members to send each other spam. "Spam" means an email (or part of an email) that is unsolicited in nature. “Unsolicited” means the person who received the message didn't request for it.

Some examples of spam include:

Unsolicited email offers sent to members

Invitations to join a mailing list that aren't related to the transaction carried out

Unsolicited offers to buy or sell products available on Outdoor Market.

Buying or selling items which are sold outside of Outdoor Market.

Threats, profanity, or hate speech

Please make sure you follow these guidelines otherwise you may be subject to a range of disciplinary actions, including having your messages blocked, restrictions to your buying privileges and suspension or termination of your account.

2.Feedback manipulation

Another type of abuse of the Feedback system is Feedback manipulation. This means that you are not allowed to manipulate Feedback or detailed seller ratings (DSRs) in any way.

Outdoor Market' Feedback allows members to rate each other after a transaction has been completed. Please make sure you follow the guidelines below when leaving Feedback otherwise your Feedback may be removed, and you may be subject to a range of other disciplinary actions, including restrictions on your buying privileges and suspension or termination of your account.

3.Policy on Unpaid Items

You will have to pay cash on delivery or Bank Transfer (please contact us before make the transfer) to complete payment for any item once you have gone through the Outdoor Market.. 

Not paying for your items on repeated occasions after you have committed to buying could subject you to a range of disciplinary actions, including restrictions to your buying privileges and suspension or termination of your account. 

4.Purchases

Purchases means purchasing items with the sole intent to help increase the seller’s page/product ranking. Shill purchase is prohibited and this prohibition applies to anyone, including family, friends, employees, and online connections.
